The PrAcc Data App

PrAcc Data is specifically designed for teachers to enable them to use a dataset to populate student educational files so the student has "starting data" to work with and build on in cloud accounting software such as Xero and MYOB Business. The App contains preloaded datasets that are selected to populate a set of cloud accounting files with elements and transactions. Custom datasets can be created that fit the requirements for your student group.

PrAcc Data for Xero

  • Connect to Xero

    The PrAcc Data app will connect to your Xero account and any files you have. We can also provide student files to you that last for up to six months, strictly for educational use, but plenty of time for your students to learn about using xero in a business setting.

  • Populate with Case Study Data

    Once connected you can populate a group of student files quickly with the same case study dataset. Starting data can include a custom chart of accounts and opening balances, invoices and bills, payments, bank transactions, contacts and items and more.

  • Bespoke Data

    Do you have your own case study file data you want to use - we can clone it for you or you can create it yourself within the app. You can also make subtle changes to help with assessments.
